Tips and tricks

Taking a photo of my documents

A good photo is:

  • One document per photo
  • A document that is perfectly straight
  • A good-quality photo (not blurry)
Une photo bien prise
Une photo mal prise

Six things that must appear on your photo for a claim:

Le logo du prestataire

The service provider’s logo

Le matricule et/ou le nom, prénom

The registration number and/or first name and surname

La date de la prestation

The date the service was performed

Le type de prestation

The type of service provided

Le montant facturé

The amount billed

La preuve de payement

Proof of payment

CNS documents
Il est important de scanner le recto du décompte CNS et non le verso.

It’s important to scan the front side of the CNS breakdown document, not the back.

Ne pas écrire sur un décompte CNS

Avoid writing on the CNS breakdown to make it easier to automatically analyse the documents.

Photocopie des documents

Make copies of your documents.

The mymedicis app does not store any documents. If you want to keep track of your documents, take photos of them with your smartphone and select them from the gallery when you make your claim.

Activer l'option décompte CNS

Activate the “Benefit statement CNS” option only for the CNS breakdown

The perfect claim

To simplify and speed up the processing of your claims, we recommend that you send your documents in the following order:

Ajouter un décompte CNS

CNS breakdown

Ajouter les factures relatives au décompte CNS

Invoice relating to the breakdown

Ajouter preuve de payement

Proof of payment

Ajouter quittances de pharmacie

Pharmacy or other receipts
(invoice for lenses, doctor abroad, alternative medicine, etc.)
