Getting started with mymedicis
How can I download the mymedicis app?

To download mymedicis from a mobile device, click here.

You can also go to your phone’s app store (iOS or Android) and search for mymedicis.

Is the app free?

The mymedicis app is completely free and intended for all our customers who have signed a medicis health insurance contract.

What are the minimum system requirements?

To use the  mymedicis app, your smartphone must have a minimum specification of IOS 8 or Android 4.4.

Where can I find which version of the app that I have?

To find out which version of the app you have, refer to the settings 26_26_roue_crantée in the top left of the app. The version number is at the bottom of the page.

How do I activate the app?

To activate mymedicis app, just enter your Foyer customer number.

Where can I find my Foyer customer number?

You can find your Foyer customer number on your customer card or on your insurance policy.

What do I do if I have a problem with the app?

If you encounter any problems with the app, contact technical support by email at: mymedicis@foyer.lu

How do I change the language of the app?

You can change the language to French, English or German in the application settings26_26_roue_crantée .

By default, the application uses the language of your phone, if it is one of the languages available.

My reimbursement claim
How many documents can I submit per claim?

To ensure that your claim is processed quickly and effectively, a single claim may not exceed 20 documents.

Where can I monitor my claim’s progress?

To check the status of your claim, go to your customer space at  MyFoyer.

Why should I tick the "Benefit statement CNS" option for my photo?

If your supporting document is a CNS (Caisse Nationale de Santé – National Health Service) breakdown, you will speed up the processing of your claim by ticking the “Benefit statement CNS” option.

How can I view the history of my claims?

A claim cannot be accessed in the application once it is sent. The application welcome page shows your claim history. It only shows the date on which the claim was sent and the number of documents attached.

Can the documents sent be accessed from mymedicis?

The mymedicis application does not store any documents. With the exception of Foyer Santé managers, who receive the claim for the reimbursement of healthcare expenses, no-one can access the documents sent from your smartphone.

Can I send applications for the coverage of medical expenses via mymedicis?

No, applications for the coverage of medical expenses (hospital, dentist, etc.) are made via MyFoyer, your customer space.

I have a Foyer group contract, can I use mymedicis?

Yes, you just need to identify yourself via your customer number, like any other Foyer customer. Please ensure however that you do not connect using your company’s number.
